A Texas native, Tony Peña was born and raised in Brenham, TX. He attended Texas State University in San Marcos where he studied Public Relations and Business Administration. After college, he began his career with Landry’s Corporation in the restaurant and gaming industry starting with Saltgrass Steakhouse, opening locations throughout Texas as their regional trainer, and continued on to open the recent Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Lake Charles, LA.
After his 8 year tenure with Landry’s company culture it was a logical choice to further his unbridled enthusiasm for customer service into the real estate industry. Starting with Dal Sasso Realty in Orange, Texas Tony gained experience as an assistant property manager of a 251 unit apartment community. He was responsible for fostering relationships with future and current residents, local businesses and vendors as well as enduring the unpredictability that comes with property management. This participation in real world scenarios with quick know how and decades of wisdom from his close mentor solidified his understanding for the need of quality customer service, responsiveness, and integrity.
Growing up Tony has watched Houston grow into what it is today, a thriving playground for creative businesses and ideas with opportunities for all. At Nino Properties our customers come from all walks of life and visit us for many reasons. From relocating employees with local or national businesses for work, to locating a new apartment for an aspiring entrepreneur, or even finding a beautiful home for a growing family, Tony understands that your transition should be a seamless, clear, and comforting process from beginning to end.
With a decade of customer service experience and a passion for excellence, as demonstrated through his Texas friendly hospitality with clients and colleagues, Tony is a first choice for many of our customers when deciding on a Realtor/ locator to use. Utilizing quality market data, consistent communication, and innovation he is committed to providing the best world class experience.
Tony enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing a round of golf, a quick tennis match, and a classic game of chess or backgammon.
