NINO Properties has become aware of fraudulent emails being sent by an unauthorized third party using a deceptive email address designed to resemble our company's legitimate email domain.

These emails may request that recipients wire funds or modify wiring instructions associated with a real estate transaction.

Please remember:

• NINO Properties will never email revised wiring instructions.
• Always verify any wiring instructions by telephone using a trusted number you already know.
• Never send funds based solely on an email request.
• If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from NINO Properties, please contact us immediately before taking any action.
