Geoff Silvius has lived all over the U.S. so he understands the many concerns and variables of relocating a family from one area of the country. He believes finding the right neighborhood makes all the difference. “Even though it’s America’s 4th largest city, Houston really feels like a small town. Hundreds of new people move here every day, but it’s easy to feel welcomed right away!” He takes pride in showcasing remodeled homes proving Harris County’s resilience following Hurricane Harvey. 

Geoff’s experience hasn’t always been in real estate. He was in broadcast media for over 15 years, serving as an advocate for the local community. Geoff immediately made a connection in Harris County, serving as a voice of charitable organizations: Kids’ Meals, the MD Anderson Boot Walk, and Star of Hope. He was also an influencer for many local financial institutions and custom home brand icons such as California Closets. Through his community involvement and work, Geoff has extensive knowledge of Harris County. Geoff is followed by 5,000 plus social media accounts, which helps him stay up on what’s happening in the real estate market.

Geoff is married to his wonderful wife, Jillian, who is an educator in the Houston ISD. They are always taking their young children Charlie, Natalie and Amelia to the many parks, museums, and special events Houston has to offer!
