Arlen Monreal is a proud graduate from the University of Houston Downtown and is fluent in the English and Spanish language. After graduating with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree, Arlen worked for several years in education as a teacher and administrator. She later discovered that real estate is her passion after having consulted for and partnered with home development companies in home development projects. Her experience in both fields has allowed for the opportunity to work with different types of personalities, be a problem solver under pressure, and have effective communication and logistical planning skills. Helping clients to achieve their real estate goals whether it is selling, buying, investing, or relocating gives her great satisfaction! When Arlen isn’t making real estate dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and family along with working on her own real estate projects. She is a regular volunteer for nonprofits in education such as Wrap Around Services and Communities in Schools at local urban area schools as well as organizations benefiting the welfare of children.
