An Oklahoma native, Frank Monacelli was born and raised in Broken Arrow. He attended Oklahoma State University where he received his Bachelors in Political Science and Masters in Public Administration. Upon graduation, Frank pursued a career in Recruitment and Human Resources, working for General Telephone & Electronics Co. and later M.W. Kellogg Co.

Upon meeting Gloria Nino in 1988, he would join Nino & Associates as Vice President. His experience in handling the recruitment and relocation of corporate officials made for a seamless and logical transition into the Real Estate Brokerage and Corporate Relocation industry. Together they would provide improved housing solutions to Corporate America, establishing Nino Corporate Lodging, Inc.

Frank is responsible for daily operations of the full service brokerage, including inside sales and customer service. As the Broker of Record, Frank is responsible for the training and development of his Real Estate Agents and is an integral part of their ever learning process. Frank loves a challenge and enjoys the unpredictability that comes with a full service Real Estate brokerage. It keeps him on his feet and allows him to learn something new every day!

As an active member of the Houston community, Frank is a former board member of the YES College Preparatory School and a current board member of the Houston Furniture Bank. His professional associations include the Houston Association of Realtors, the Employee Relocation Council, Corporate Housing Providers Association, and the Houston Relocation Forum. Frank has received his Texas Association of Realtors Brokers License, Real Estate License, Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), and is a licensed Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. You can regularly find them at lacrosse tournaments, managing their son’s baseball games, or attending a Rocket’s game
