Frank Monacelli, Vice President of Nino Properties, pictured at the podium, recently assisted with the first Veteran Transitional & Housing Summit in Houston, Texas.
The summit focused on the local and national issues of transitioning veterans into the employment work force by taking the first holistic approach to addressing the veterans overall issues with one organizational effort created and implemented by the Global Energy Technology Institute (GETI).
This model has been gaining much publicity in recent months and will be striving to become the national model for transiting veterans back into society as a productive and mentally healthy contributor.
Mr. Monacelli’s 35 years of corporate employee relocation and real estate skills is being tapped to become GETI’s National Real Estate and Housing Partner. The overall effort of this initiative is to provide veterans with affordable and sustainable home ownership and rental options in conjunction with wellness and career counseling and skilled labor educational certifications provide by the GETI group.
