Paula has had an extensive career in local and national sells. She has launched three companies in the medical field and has successfully built and sold all three companies. Paula started her life career as a nurse and came to The Texas Medical Center to work at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, The Memorial Health Care System and later at The Methodist Hospital. During her years in The Texas Medical Center, Paula made invaluable contacts in her nursing career, that helped launch her first company at the age of 29 years old. Many of Paula’s accounts were located geographically from Katy to Conroe to Galveston and Baytown.
Paula’s first company became one of the largest distributors in Houston, as well as the in the United States in the pain management field. This company distributed products to contracted insurance companies, all over the United States and was also part of the Sears Corporate Medical Division.
After selling her first company, Paula launched an orthopedic implant company, along with her husband, that also became one of the most successful implant distributorships in the United States, achieving Distributor of the Year many times. Paula still was not finished building companies and launched her third successful company in the spinal instrumentation market. She was the only female distributor in the United States and ran a very successful company, which was purchased by EBI/Zimmer orthopedics. Paula enjoyed being a female pioneer in the world of orthopedics and neurology, that was a mans world for many years. Breaking the mold has been nothing new to her.
During her years in orthopedics and neurology sales, Paula became successful by determination, goal setting, and the loyalty of her customers.
The years of servicing the surrounding communities on a weekly basis, lead her to watching Houston develop and grow in different areas of Harris County. Her investments in real estate and her customers have lead Paula to the love of her current career. While goal setting, determination and loyal customers are nothing new to her. This has lead her to a pattern of repeated successes.
Now, Paula has set her goal on helping people in the real estate market find the home of their dreams, whether it is a rental or sale of a home, poor or rich. Her compassion for others has carried over in her personal life. In Paula’s spare time, she volunteers at a clinic for the poor and homeless. As in all things, Paula is determined to help the people of Houston find their forever home.
