Cosima has lived in Houston since 1975. Although she was born in Washington D.C. and her parents are French and Austrian, she still considers herself a devoted Houstonian. Through the years, she has been fortunate to witness, first hand, the immense diversity, growth and expansion throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. She has come to appreciate the vast offerings of housing, employment, art, dining, entertainment, recreation, and healthcare that this great city has to offer.
Raised working for her family’s restaurant business, she learned, at a young age, the value of hard work and maintaining a loyal clientele base. Maintaining consistent product and service quality was her family’s utmost priority. With that in mind, the family business continued to be a Houston dining tradition for generations of families for over 35 years. After her father’s retirement, Cosima naturally chose to pursue a career in real estate. Her dedication to hard work, natural desire to please, as well as knowledge of the Houston area were a perfect fusion. Raised in a family of property investors also further her aspirations to learn and acquire as much knowledge possible about the real estate industry.
She earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Thomas and her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Houston with studies in French and Business. She also spent time studying abroad in France and Austria to further her French and German language skills.
When not working, Cosima and her husband spend their time as proud soccer parents to three daughters ages 5, 10, 13. She also spends her time volunteering at their children’s schools and remaining an active member of their church, St. Cecilia Catholic Community. Cosima is also a member of the Junior League of Houston.
